Abstract
|
|
|
Hereditary Onycho-osteodysplasis is characterized by nail dysplasia; multiple osseous dysplasia primarily affecting elbow knee and pelvis, and is transmitted autosomal dominant inheritance.
This syndrome was first described in 1820 by Chatelain and the name of hereditary onyc4osteodysplasia was coined by Duncan and Souter.
The authors experienced one family of hereditary onycho-osteodysplasia, which revealed 5 positive cases among 11 number.
